Our staff at Corona-Temecula Orthopaedic Physical Therapy and Wellness Center is trained in prevention and treatment of musculoskeletal dysfunction. Physical Therapy Staff

Emile Yacoub, DPT, OCS, CSCS

Physical Therapist | Corona | Temecula
Emile has served as the Director of the CTOA Physical Therapy and Wellness Center since 2001. He received his Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University in 2000 and completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2003. Emile completed the year-long Advanced Orthopaedic course under the guidance of Dr. Joe Godges and was board certified as an Orthopaedic Certified Specialist by the American Physical Therapy Association in 2004. He previously received certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist in 1999 from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Emile has served as head team physical therapist for the basketball and volleyball teams at La Sierra University. Currently, he serves as the head physical therapist for the Sports Medicine Program.
   

Colleen Liaga, DPT, MsPT, OCS

Physical Therapist | Corona | Temecula
Colleen graduated from Ithaca College in 1999 with a Master of Science Degree in Physical Therapy. In 2005, Colleen was board certified as an Orthopaedic Certified Specialist by the American Physical Therapy Association. Colleen earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Western University in 2011. She has over 10 years experience in orthopaedics, sports medicine, neurological, women’s health and industrial medicine. Colleen cares for our local athletes as part of our Sports Medicine Program and has been with CTOA Physical Therapy and Wellness Center since 2009.
   

Neilvon Langas, PT, DPT

Neilvon graduated from the physical therapist assistant program at Loma Linda University in 2004 with an Associate in Science degree. He joined Corona Temecula Orthopaedics in 2005 and has over 5 years of experience in orthopaedic physical therapy. Neilvon decided to further his education and returned to school for his doctorate in physical therapy, graduating from Loma Linda University with his doctorate in physical therapy and rejoined Corona Temecula Orthopaedics Physical Therapy Team in 2013. His experience includes orthopaedics, sports medicine, neurology, home health and industrial conditions. Neilvon is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. He is also a part-time personal trainer.
   

Ralph Gozun, PT, DPT

Ralph earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Cellular Biology from California State University, Fullerton in 2009. He then took a year off to travel and do research in microbiology before starting graduate school in 2010. In 2013, he graduated from University of Southern California with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. His clinical experience includes rehabilitation of neurological disorders in the inpatient setting at University of California, San Francisco Medical Center and providing care in various outpatient orthopaedic settings with emphasis on sports injuries and post-operative rehabilitation. Ralph is a member of the orthopaedic and neurology sections of the American Physical Therapy Association.
   

Luis Soto, PTA

Luis graduated from the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Loma Linda University in 2009 with an Associate in Science degree. His experience includes orthopaedics, sports medicine, neurology, home health and industrial conditions. Luis treats athletes as part of our Sports Medicine Program. Luis is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
   

Mark Zachariah, PTA

Mark graduated from California State University, Fullerton, with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 1995 and became a physical therapist assistant in 1996. He has extensive experience in the rehabilitation of orthopaedic, sports and industrial injuries. Mark has also had training in and enjoys working with return-to-function of injuries and conditions that affect our older population. He also treats athletes as part of our Sports Medicine Program.
   

Patty Bernabe, C-PT

Physical Therapist | Corona | Temecula
Patty joined Corona-Temecula Orthopaedic Physical Therapy and Wellness Center in 2006 as a certified personal trainer. She is certified in pre and post natal fitness and strengthening, yoga and Pilate’s instruction, along with spinning/cycling training. She is certified by the Arthritis foundation in "Exercise for arthritis" and "Tai Chi for Arthritis" programs. Patty is a member of the National Institute of Personal Training and is recognized as a certified Health and Fitness Specialist.
